What kind of payments do you accept? TOP

We accept Paypal, Money Orders or Personal Checks.
 
Paypal is preferred,  because it is the fastest method.  You can rest easy because it's secure and it does not share your information with the sellers.  Your private financial information is protected by Paypal, and the seller will only see your name and address for shipping.  You can pay Paypal with cash,  credit card or a debit card.  Just type http://www.paypal.com into your browser for more information.
 
If you prefer a Money Order or Personal Check just place your order and complete the checkout process.  As you check out there will be a place to indicate that you will send a Money Order or check, and you will get our mail address.  We will send you an email when it arrives and when your items will ship.  We may have to hold your check, if our bank advises us to, and we will advise you if that happens.
 

What do you charge for shipping? TOP

Shipping within the USA is $3.00 with USPS First Class Mail.  Each additional item purchased in the same order is shipped for $0.50 more.  $5.00 is the maximum shipping charge for 5 items.  The Post Office advertises that First Class mail should arrive in 2 to 5 business days.
Choose USPS Priority Mail on the checkout page for $5.00 and you should receive your item in about 2-3 business days.
 
You will choose the shipping option in a dropdown list on the check out page.

Do you combine shipping? TOP

Yes we do combine shipping for just $0.50 for each additional item.  $5.00 is the maximum shipping charge for the US unless you are ordering a wholesale lot.
 
You will choose the shipping rate for the first item in the drop-down list on the checkout page, then it is $0.50 for each additional item.

I am having trouble placing my order. TOP

If you are having problems purchasing an item through our store, we will invoice you instead for the items you wish to purchase. It is very common for international buyers to experience technical problems. 
 
Let us know what you wish to purchase, and send an email to penny@essentialdelightsmakeup.com.  We will then send you an invoice thru Paypal.

Do you sell internationally? TOP

Yes, we do ship internationally, with some exceptions.
 
We do not ship to Germany or Italy due to their Postal Regulations regarding makeup and cosmetics.
 
We do not ship Lancome and Clarins products internationally.
 
We accept Paypal only from International customers.
 
Shipping options are Priority Mail to Canada, or International Priority Mail and First Class International mail.  
 
First Class International Airmail is $4.00 plus $0.50 for each additional item.
Priority Mail to Canada is $11.00.  There is no additional charge for more than one item.
Priority Mail to other countries is $13.00 with no additional charge if there is more than one item. 
 
The prices are found in a drop down list on the checkout page. 
 
We will mark customs forms as accurately as possible with the exact amount of your purchase, not including the shipping charges.  We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.  
 
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
 
Priority International Mail can be expected in 7 to 14 business days and it can be tracked and traced if it is longer than that time frame.  International First Class Mail can take up to several weeks to arrive.  We have had great luck with international packages, but the Priority Mail is encouraged because of the tracking and faster service. 
 
The USPS recommends that a customer wait for six weeks to declare a package as lost.

Would you mark my package as a gift? TOP

We will not check the gift box on the Customs Form. 
 
International Buyers are responsible for paying all import duty, tax, or fees which may be collected by your country when the package arrives.
 
To avoid misunderstanding, we declare the exact purchase price as the value of the items when completing the Customs Form. We will not check the "gift" box or under declare the value.  US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.  


Are your items authentic? TOP

Yes, they are.  We are lucky enough to obtain wholesale overstock items from our distributors in New York and New Jersey.  Some may be discontinued items, and sometimes we will get the very latest and newest items just introduced!  You never know what we will be selling, but be assured they are all authentic, brand new and untested!

When can I expect my order to arrive? TOP

We generally ship on the next business day after payment clears.
 
U.S. First Class Mail takes 3 - 6 business days to arrive.
U.S. Priority Mail takes 2 - 3 business days to arrive and includes Tracking and Delivery Confirmation.
 
International First Class Mail may take 7 days and up to 6 weeks to arrive.  We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected mail.  We prefer the International Priority Mail option, as it has a Tracking number so that your package can be traced.

What is your return policy? TOP

Your satisfaction is our number one priority!  Please email us anytime if you have any questions or concerns!  Sometimes problems can arise from a lack of communication. 
 
If you are not sure about what you are purchasing, please email us before you place the order.  We try to describe everything carefully and completely, but sometimes we will miss something.  Exact colors are very hard to reproduce on the computer, as monitors can be on different settings.  We are glad to send more pictures, or direct you to the products website for more information.
 
We do not accept returns on opened or used cosmetics. 
If your item is returned boxed and sealed we will refund the purchase price.
Shipping and Handling charges will also be refunded if we have made an error on the order.
